Dr. Brianna-Grace Mason, ND – or Bri as she prefers to be called –
strongly believes in a mind-body approach to wellness, taking your whole experience of health into account. Bri prides herself on creating an open, non-judgemental, caring, and empathetic space for you to embark on your wellness journey. Bri has a passion for hormonal concerns (such as menstrual irregularities, perimenopause/menopause and infertility), prenatal and postpartum support, digestive concerns and mental wellbeing among others. She is also a mother to 2 busy young children which has sparked her passion for caring for pediatrics and parents’ wellbeing too.
Bri has always had a strong connection to the healing power of nature. Growing up in rural Ontario, she spent much of her childhood exploring the outdoors amongst many of the wild herbs she now uses therapeutically to treat a variety of health concerns. Upon moving to Fall River, she instantly felt at home as the town has the same sense of community as her small hometown. Bri enjoys pushing herself outside of her comfort zone by competing in marathons and triathlons, including the Ironman 70.3 distance.

Bri is a licensed and board-certified naturopathic doctor and is a member in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She is also a member of the Nova Scotia Association of Naturopathic Doctors, the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
