What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a hands-on approach to healthcare that focuses on how the body’s structure and movement are connected to overall health and wellbeing. Osteopathic practitioners use gentle manual techniques to assess and support the muscles, joints, connective tissues, and other structures of the body, with the goal of promoting comfortable movement and helping the body function at its best.
