What is Physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy focuses on manual therapy, exercise and physical activity, and health education. Our physiotherapists are hands-on and client-centered. They combine the best evidence, high quality therapy, and your goals to come up with a comprehensive treatment plan that progresses with you.
Fall River Collaborative Health Care offers physiotherapy services to help you on your road to recovery. Physiotherapists are primary health care professionals with a significant role in health promotion and treatment of injury and disease. They combine their in-depth knowledge of the body and how it works with specialized hands-on clinical skills to assess, diagnose and treat symptoms of illness, injury or disability (Canadian Physiotherapy Association, 2012).
